Great teams and organizations don't spend a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$ on WR's.

Never heard that one. Iv'e heard that on RB, LB's, and S's but not wr. Your Gonna pay for qb's, wr, corners, and OL/DL.

I don't think there is another owner as dumb as Jerry, so I doubt that happens.

So basically yall suggesting to let Dez walk for nothing, not no but Hell no.

No not saying that, but who is dumb enough to give all those picks for a receiver who has an attitude problem.

Yeah cause Dez sure lacks talent. I'm with you on the young movement, but Dez can be one of the bldg blocks to a young team. I don't get the Dez hate. :L

I don't hate Dez. We are gonna suck for at least another 2-4 years. Why put up with all this shit and drama if we are not going to win in the near future. Let him be someone else's head ache for a while. If we could get a couple high future draft picks for him, why not. Teams like Oakland, Cleveland, Minnesota and Jacksonville all have the money and could use him. Good positioning for the draft. Dez would look good next to Bowe in K.C. next year as well and they have the cap room and money.
I want to blow up now and start over. I don't want to suck another 3 years and then start over.

So what would we get in a trade for Dez. Have yall reviewed JJ's trade history. Do you trust JJ to win, heck even to break even in a trade.:laugh3:

We may suck for another 3 yrs with or without Dez. Okay refresh me Other than today and the mall incident. What has done that has been so bad.

Say he does trade Dez, everyone's thinking yes we have some salary cap relief. Not so fast Jerry's going to turn around and put that money in someone like Murray (rb) that's a no no. Worse yet he might wake up tomorrow and say Escobar is our guy lets pay him. JJ's problem is the older he gets the more blind loyalty he puts in his players. Dez is not the problem its the owner.

You don't get it. Nothing. I just want to move this organization in a different direction.

I get it, but I see Dez's potential and can't dismiss it that easy. Imagine Dez with a QB like Brady, Brees, or Rodgers. Best Mode. Hell Even Andy Dalton what make sure he sees the ball 15 times a game.

There are exceptions to every rule, but in General most teams put out the cash for elite wr play. I can name more teams who pay than you can that won't.

Ditto. The owner is the problem. Who said Dez was the only player I want to get rid of. Hell there are only 4 players from our defense I would keep. The defense needs to be totally revamped. I want to get rid of all the current contract and I don't care what kind of salary cap hell we are in;
Ware, Spencer, Hatcher, Austin, Romo, Witten, Carter, Murray and the whole coaching staff.

I normally would agree with you but we have no elite players currently on this team.

I have agreed with you on all that except for Dez. Check my post. Even though I think Ware and Witten are HOFers their best days or behind them. I'm not against let those guys go.

Great post....agree with everything except him being a top five wide receiver for all the reasons you mentioned. Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson, AJ Green, Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, Desean Jackson, Victor Cruz, etc. are all better than Dez from a statistically point of view and from a teammate point of view as well as they are not boneheads who can't hold on to the ball. The Dez experiement is over. He needs to be traded. We are stuck with Romo...Romo the wide receiver killer...

Oh no, I'm not saying Dez is a top 5 WR. I'm saying talent.
