Yeah - from that video angle it's pretty clear the other vehicle was at fault. And having driven up & down Harry Hines a few times in the past year to UT Southwestern, that particular "Left turn maneuver" isn't very uncommon among those morons.

I was reading through the current Prescott thread and this thread was high in the 'Similar threads' section below. I thought it was ironic. Certainly not going to seek out an old 6 post thread.
