I expect 12 wins again. We had things go our way, but the ravens, steelers, and cowboys...all 3 talented teams stole wins from us. Lattimore is going to bounce back, we are going to add another pass catcher, Sinnott is going to start crushing it week 6
And the defense will be improved.
The dominant teams in the NFC have shrunk.
Detroit, Philly, GB and now US are superbowl contenders. I'd add the 49ers but they are about to implode

Quinn and his coaches know that the formula works. They'll upgrade in the offseason operating under the notion that with better talents comes increased efficiency. The watchword for 2025 is "good health." For all of the "breaks" that went their way, staying relatively healthy most of the year has to be the biggest break of them all. Fingers crossed for the 2025-26 season!

As long as Jayden is healthy and on the roster we will never be in a position to draft a game wrecking DE like Myles.

Not going to name a player but it sure would be nice if Washington had a Chris Jones like guy like Pat Mahomes has in KC or a Jalen Carter in Philadelphia. I would love for AP to find a guy like that.

There are 3 DTs in the draft that could help this team in two ways.
1. Filling your desire for a guy like Carter.
2. Making Payne or Allen expendable for trade.
Here are the 3 guys that I like in order:

1. Mason Graham, Michigan... putting it mildly, he's an animal... a disruptive force in the middle of the defensive line and has the potential to be a dominant player in the NFL.

2. Walter Nolen, Ole Miss... He's no Graham, but his strengths are explosiveness and versatility

3. Derrick Harmon,Oregon... I debated with this one, because I'm not sure that he gives more than Allen or Payne but if they are able to get something close to those two, then youth and cost become considerations.

Graham is a monster but will be long gone. I do like Harmon. I think you got me mixed up with Sportster though. I didn't mention Carter.

I can't figure out the Niners. At times they look unbeatable, now we don't know what we are going to get. But I will always respect them.

Absolutely, i say implode only due to salary cap and untimely injuries. They are a well coached and talented squad, i believe their superbowl window closed for the next few years but can reopen right after that

Kurt Warner wants us to let Jayden Daniels play another season or two before we anoint him anything

I think there is merit to what Warner said. I think we have a guy that has great potential to be one of the best QBs in the league. I think coaches have seen him play and have a better idea of who he is. As much as I am encouraged I also want to pull back on the reigns to make sure what we saw in year one carries on or close to it for the next two years.
The way the eagles defended Mahomes es is the blueprint to defending Jayden. Contain the edges and big push up the middle. The tricky part with Jayden is the contain component. He is so fast and such a good runner that he often could get around the edges.

I think there is always a concern with a second year slump. I remember Sean Taylor didn't have a great second year. Then he cleaned up his life off the field, became a vegetarian, and began to flourish.

I don't see those same off the field issues with Jaayden. His mom doesn't let him leave her side. Besides that, he's obviously a film junkie and takes losing hard, as we all saw.

There will definitely be more film on him. There are some really smart DCs out there who will spend the entire off-season trying to find a way to confuse and bottle him up.

The flip side is, as a rookie with a very flawed roster, he took his team to the NFC Championship and never looked as flustered and shook the way Mahomes looked Sunday. What will Jayden look like with weapons? What will he look like with another year in the same offense under his belt?

Schedule looks much harder on paper. That could affect things as well. I've kinda pivoted away from Tee and toward the offensive line if I had to choose between the two. I'd love to have Tee, but the games where Jayden looked his worse were when he was under siege.

It is very possible Daniels has a CJ Stroud type regression and still lead the team back to the playoffs. It is also with the upgrades we hopefully make on both sides of the ball, Daniels does a Lamar Jackson

CJ Stroud and Jayden Daniels are nothing alike. Stroud was never like Daniels coming into the league. Stroud didn’t look anything like he did in his rookie campaign. He was essentially in the zone. Daniels is a video hound and has always been extremely accurate. I do no think you will see a regression next season from Daniels and if we get him a few more actual weapons and protection, you may see more records crumble.
