Oh sty I knew you would come looking for the proverbial pound of flesh . I was trying to get old skin’em as well lolThat potential rookie QB in the SB, was the trigger, this one yanked out a response!
I thought, if they made it, a close loss or a squeak by wild card win would be that ceiling. The final game against Dallas will IMO determine that, but in either scenario (yours or mine) the road to a SB AND what's needed to push them over the top is shorter and clearer. Perhaps there are very good reasons why they didn't make stronger moves this year, but now everyone sees what we did from the jump and as mentioned previously... "this offseason is going to be real interesting!"
I wrote it several times this year, a couple of times before the season and at least a few times after the draft. I caught a lot of flack for doing so but I knew time was an ally, so here we are, and for those of you who doubted, welcome aboard! When people said he was the best in the division before the season, i thought it wasn't even possible to say...but now i get the verbiage
he will have them next year as we kept our cap space intact and didnt blow draft picks . this team has a lot of holes but we got some great FO work and coachingI wrote it several times this year, a couple of times before the season and at least a few times after the draft. Btw; If you're impressed by this season, he can and will become much more efficient and, therefore better in seasons to come. (Something else that I wrote about and posted on occasion this year) If you're having a hard time accepting this POV, imagine this guy with legitimate weapons (Better receivers, a speedy double-threat RB, a more dynamic pass-catching TE, and a revamped O-Line)
I knew what they had and told any and everyone who would listen! Posted it many times, tried to convince this board, but I guess folks have to see for themselves. Oh well!!I had them at 8 wins and didn't understand all the dire projections. We all knew this was a totally different team with hardly any remaining starters. The reason I went as low is I had no idea Jayden Daniels would be THIS good. I loved the pick but until the 2nd quarter of Game 3 against the Bengals we still didn't know what we had.
Yep you had it calledI knew what they had and told any and everyone who would listen! Posted it many times, tried to convince this board, but I guess folks have to see for themselves. Oh well!!

Man i had no idea he'd be this good, but the fight the team had under Rivera to get 7 wins, i predicted a texans type year. I think he won't be really deadly until year 3. Stroud came back to earth year 2 but im betting he's crazy good next year statistically
Stroud could not be predicted his rookie season. I think he played beyond what should have been expected of him and year 2 is a better indicator. Year one, he was in the zone.
JD was always accurate in college and apparently had a professional work ethic in college. I think JD is actually special.
I actually never watched Jayden in college not once. I did see Stroud and i thought he was above average. JD is insane like the league hasn't overwhelmed him
I saw Daniels at ASU in a bowl game , he was good thenI actually never watched Jayden in college not once. I did see Stroud and i thought he was above average. JD is insane like the league hasn't overwhelmed him
