Jason Kelce... Pro Bowl?

There always have been ridiculous Pro Bowl selections over the years but Jason Kelce filling in for Mack is completely ridiculous. 3 years ago I thought Kelce was maybe the best Center in the NFL in Chips system but over the last two years he has been brutal. He is LITERALLY not a top 30 Center in this league and is weeks away from getting cut.

I dont expect the average fan to watch the Eagles Center but Eagles fans know... this guy is abysmal. He is tremendous at pulling and down field blocks but the Eagles rarely run like that. He got DESTROYED over and over and over and over his last 32 games.

IMO Britt should've EASILY been in the pro bowl considering how shit EVERY other O-Line position was for the Seahawks. Britt averaged over 80 on PFFs season rankings, which is absolutely incredible considering how terrible his supporting cast was.

Whatevs. Someone will facepalm or dislike this with the 'what a homer' intent in mind.

So I guess.... I agree with you. Kelce should not have been elected to the pro bowl with my above comment.

Not that I really care since the pro bowl means jack shit all these days anyway.

Kelce was ranked 33 at one point and there's only 32 teams.

Well the Pro Bowl for a long time should not be an honor that fans look at to prove the value of a player. A great example this year is the AFC QB position. They are now on the 9th or 10th qualified QB. So even the below average guys are getting asked to attend.

With Chip it was faster paced and more finesse ball. He is extremely athletic and can get down field. The new coach has a more power based run game and Kelce is way way waaay to small. Big DT and NG kill him.
