Oh God, Koon's out? This isn't even a fight. Good Lord.

This team is starting to look a lot like early 2000 with all these injuries.

This is honestly the most frustrating thing to watch. They're not even good goals. They're shit. All of them. The first was a good shot from a bad angle, the second one bounced off a skate on a penalty that shouldn't have happened if the refs gave us the boarding call, then the third bounced off Fleury's stick when he whiffed the poke check. Just frustrating. Mason's not making ridiculous saves, just the ones he has to. There's just simply no game changer on this roster. Not even Kunitz. Sure, a powerplay would be nice...who the hell's gonna score?

I didn't realize you posted here, Mr. Errey.

Tyutin showed his numbers the entire time. He went into the corner with his back turned, played the puck with his back turned, and Cooke still freight-trained him. No excuse at all for Cooke not to pull up.

Except for the fact that he had the puck in his possession, and last time I checked, the NHL is a contact sport. Cooke didn't speed up. He was in his glide at the top of the circle, and Matt lined him up.

It was a BS call, and if it wasn't for the fact that cooke delivered the hit, it wouldn't have been called.

The first goal was a hell of a shot, but yeah.. the other two were lucky. Sometimes, that's what you need, just a lucky bounce. Pens ain't getting them at the moment:rolleyes:

Gosh. With Koon out it's up to 38% of our salary cap out of the lineup. That just hurts. 3 of the top 4 team scorers there.

Case in point, the ping-pong ball that Mason flubbed could've been a bounce we get. Instead, it doesn't bounce in and Columbus opens it up to a 3 goal lead. It just doesn't seem like these players are putting themselves in position enough to get those opportunities. And it IS very painful to watch.

Godard needs to leave. Just...just leave. Request: a nasty, clean, rattling hit...or a fight. ANYTHING. I need a freaking pick me up gosh darn it!
