Julian was a little beat up. A week off will be good......
Amendola? He'd have to catch 50 passes this weekend to make up for the lack of production from his salary.....

Southie, I was hoping last week when Jimmy went in that they'd test a little of that Garappolo>Tyms mojo that was there in flashes during preseason.

....I wouldn't have seen it anyway cause the motherfuckers at CBS were all "with the Patriots game well in hand, we're going to take you to....." fill in the who fucking cares game it was.

Anyway, I agree that it would be nice to see Tyms stretch the field a bit.

The best thing the Pats could do for the Jets is to beat them 100-0 so there would be no doubt that the Jets HC and GM need to hit the highway. They have become the laughing stock of the NFL.

Word this morning is that Edelman is out. LaFell and Gronk will be used sparingly. Tyms, Amendola and Wright will be used most. The Jets passing D is pretty bad and it gives the Pats a chance to give the receivers some rest before Buffalo comes to Foxboro next week. The Bills will have blood in their eyes because they will most likely have a playoff berth resting on a win over the Patriots. That could be a real nasty game...........hope it rains.

Yep, this is the perfect game for the Pats to rest some of their starters and limit their playing time. Like last year, the road to the SB will go through Denver or Foxboro. Right now, I'd put my money on the Pats. Manning is hurting and has lost some of the zip on his passes the last few weeks, and they are facing a very determined Bengals this week.
