OK, so what is your favorite pasta shapes and why? There are SO many different shapes these days and they all have their advantages/disadvantages when it comes to a proper dish of pasta...
Pappardelle. Sexy. It just seems like it's the perfect vehicle for so many different types of sauces. And a little bit goes a long way. A nice little nest with a little bit of a light sauce & freshly grated parm. I'm in.
Farfalle... Not much of a reason but it makes me feel like a kid again. You know how some foods can take you back to certain memories? Well those little bow ties take me back to my roots.
