All superbowl teams have one thing in common they at one time had 1 good draft year so we can whine about gruden we can whine about barry but its pointless the only thing we need is a good draft or a couple good drafts that's it

It is all about the draft. But don't expect one draft to make a significant difference in our record, at least for a few years. It is going to take multiple drafts to restock the talent pool and multiple years for those drafted to develop into a cohesive team. This is a 3 year process, at a minimum.
