I guess I don't get why big name coaches don't want to come here. I know it's boring and the weather sucks. But Shit 5million a year buys a lot of gum.

I am the most negative one on this board concerning the coaching changes and the mindset of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. I am prepared for the worst. I have drastically lowered my expectations.

With Pelini I expected,
1) if the team was of any salt at all,a blow out and a melt down by Pelini.
2) if the team was a pay to play expected some embarrassing event such as a player falling on his ass or Pelini assaulting an official while at the same time understanding that a loss was always possible.

Just curious, how do you lower your expectations below that?

Like Eichorst alluded, there are a lot of highly paid coaches not producing much in the way of wins.
