Shanahan didn't take RGME's word for it. He took Dr. James Andrews who said there was no risk in RG3 playing. You see...Dr. Andrews was the doctor. What draft picks? All the quality ones were used on RG3. But let us look at some: Trent Williams and Perry Riley from his first draft (one a perennial pro bowler and the other has started every year), Ryan Kerrigan (pro bowler), Jarvis Jenkins (starter for us and now the Bears), Leonard Hankerson (number 2 in ATL), Niles Paul (borderline starter and a nice back up), Kirk Cousins (we are talking about giving him 17m per season), Keenan Robinson (starter), Alfred Morris (best start in Skins history), Jordan Reed (top three TE when healthy), David Amerson (still starting).

You see...it isn't nearly as bad as you would like to claim.

RGME is biding his time. He isn't saying anything to look good for his next contract and he will get a nice one. He may sign for more than KC if some team is insane.

Dude - let it go already for RG3. Did he do something personally to you? So by him stating nothing (he actually has responded a little & wished luck to Cousins & the team) that still makes him a bad person? No hope for you - you are going to be against the guy no matter what he does - pretty short sighted. BTW - the guy does tons of work for charities and the disadvantaged - that scumbag.

For the overall period of time Shanahan was here that is not the impressive of a list & especially when you include the likes of Amerson. I guarantee that SM will amass a considerably greater amt of talent in 4 years. Again - you list the RG3 trade as if Shanahan is absolved from all blame on this one. He selected the guy! You can speculate all you like about Snyder on this one but you have no proof & again if Snyder made the move it proves that Shanahan has no balls.

I also take exception regarding the Seattle game. Not exactly sure what was communicated by Andrews but it was obvious to everyone that RG3 was hurt well before that final career changing hit. You must be the president of the Mike Shanahan fan club. I am kind of happy that they had Shanahan & Allen basically as GMs since it help eventually bring SM in as GM which will pay dividends in the next several years.

Yeah...he pissed me off. Didn't say he was a bad person...just a bad QB.

Of course SM will do better. He will have those 3 firsts and 2 seconds. His QB is already here so he won't have to scramble for one.

I am a fan of winning. He won a division title for us. I am a bigger fan of Kyle because he has been successful everywhere. I am a fan of a stable environment.

It was reported that DR. Andrews said RGME faced no future injury if he played. Everybody is hurt come playoff time.
