Is Yasiel Puig hiding anything?

I was flipping back and forth last night between the Padres @ Giants and Dodgers @ Cubs and I was watching the Cubs broadcast. They kept showing Yasiel Puig in extra innings doing dumb stuff like scratching his head with his hat off as the pitch was being delivered and never even coming set. Len was saying how he's never seen anything like it in MLB.

Is Donnie Baseball really cool with this?
