Those numbers are pathetic

The expansion Mets of 1962 had better everday players than the current Met team. Our starting pitchers are much better on the current Met team. With the exception of Murphy & Wright there is not one Major league player on the Mets everyday roster. How many times over the last 15 years have we heard about all the five tool players we had in the minors, all turn out to be big busts.

Considering he was hyped before joining the Mets, no. I never invest much into September baseball for a noncontending team. Plus he's coming back from injury to a dismal situation, I'm not investing much in these numbers at all. If he's doing this end of May/June next season I'll worry a bit.
