I think he did.

RBs tend to fall off the cliff instead of gradually getting worse....idk if Rice has fallen off the cliff with the OL problems they had LY, but I've always feared him more than anyother player on OFC.

I haven't read much of the story but what I have read of it... it's going to be tough to explain away the police video. I'd hate to be in his shoe's, but would love to be in attorney's shoes.
