Though they will certainly be better than 2/14 history seems to dictate you can't buy wins by churning your roster in free agency.
Cleveland will suck but their not throwing around money which is what OP was referring toI don't think Philly is at risk. Bradford and Sanchez are good enough to prevent a collapse. Miami if Tannehill went down would be interesting. Cleveland is far and away the favorite for the 1:1 next year, imo.
