Is it true that the LA Lakers are in danger of leaving Staples to go back to the forum?

I understand the LA Lakers lease with the Staples Center is up in like 2024 or 2025 and I am a diehard LA Laker fan I really hope the team isn’t in terrible danger in terms of finding a new home to play in the future. I don’t want the LA Lakers also to possibly move out of Los Angeles. Meanwhile the LA Clippers are getting a brand new nice future home in a few years so why would the LA Lakers consider going back to the Forum? I understand this has to do with MSG or something too.

If you google Lakers Lease, you will find CBS reported the new lease being signed through 2041 with both parties in agreement to upgrade the 22 year old stadium. The plan to to spend 9 figures in renovations. As of now the Staple's center is half way between the worst and best ones

Anschutz, who just sold his 27% share of ownership of the team, owns the Staples Center and even though he extended the lease to 2041 for the Lakers, he is positioning himself to be the first to go to if and when the Buss Family wants to sell the Lakers which may or may not happen in the next decade or so.

So does this has anything to do with the LA Lakers relocating out of LA or no?
