Is it 'Next Year' yet for BC Basketball?

BC basketball apologists have, for many years, excused the poor play of the team with declarations that 'They'll Be Better Next Year" (trademark). This year is the 'Next Year' they talked about last year, and they are STILL losing games they need to win. What's going on?
