Is Gruden even calling the plays?

From what I seen, Mcvay is calling the plays into KC's headset. What is that about? wasn't Gruden brought here b/c of his play calling? On to the game. The offense except for KC was very bad. Cant have that many dropped passes and expect to win. KC played great with no help from anybody. Was Jax just a decoy today? Not one deep ball?

The defense started to get stops after the 14-0 lead. by the way Ryan Grant are you serious you can not field that onside kick? You are a WR. Unacceptable. Kerrigan disappeared today. Where is the run defense? I saw Johnson in there today. Plus Smith is playing more.

Didn't expect to win this game but the offensive performance was just a joke. It would have been a game if KLC got any help today. Not going to dwell on this one b/c we weren't supposed to win. BTW the Saints lost to the Titans at home. WOW! Definitely a winnable game next week guys.

The Saints losing today will just make them that much more desperate and possibly dangerous next week imo.

He is the OC, of course he is going to have a play sheet. Doesn't mean he is the only one with a play sheet. I be every offensive coach has a play sheet. Are you having issues with the plays being called?

Speaking of Gruden, and this mistake really didn't matter, by why the Hell did he call timeout with 13 seconds in the half before kicking the field goal? Little shit like this annoys the Hell out of me. You take it to 3 seconds, call time out, then kick the FG and you don't need to worry about covering the kickoff. How hard is that to understand?

I thought he was brought in here to fix RG3?

What does his salary have to do with it? If he gives back 500K, can he delegate some responsibilities to coaches that he deems does as good of a job so he can focus on all his HC duties?

I guess I can't figure out why you care about this. You do realize what an OC does, right? He develops the offensive game plan every week. Do you think that deciding what plays to run and when is part of that game plan? He produces that play sheet you are concerned about. That dictates what plays to run in every situation. It's all scripted out. If they find themselves second and 12, he looks at the play sheet and there are 3 or 4 plays they have practiced during the week for that situation. It's not like they are drawing plays up in the dirt before every play.

The play clock was down to 1 second and he didn't want to take a 5 yd penalty.

Gruden was brought here to fix the offense in general. Gruden called the plays last year. I thought he did this year. I wanst a fan of the 3rd and 2 draw call to Jones when he fumbled. KC had a rhythm going and he takes the ball out of his hands on 3rd down.
