I'm going Tannehill in my one league with Cam. Even if he somehow plays I think i'm sticking with it. Though McCown is a nice alternative that I think I would take in your case. My alternative to Tannehill is Bortles lol.

Both face tough defenses. I think I'll go with McCown because I feel he has better support around him, but I think Tannehill is better QB.
