I'll take it.

Is it national or regional?

2:30 is a nice time slot. It's better than 11AM.

Will it be a blizzard?

If it is snowing and windy, I think that is in Iowa's favor.

Very true, especially if west coast Riley decides that passing 50 times is the way to win. On the other hand, if TA is limited to 10 to 15 passes and the running game is deployed, Nebraska has a decent shot to win in crappy weather.

Pops picked up tickets today. Looks like I'll be in the stands with a food hangover that day.

2:30 is better for this team. they haven't done well on 11am games. crowd has more time to drink before hand so hopefully will be louder too.

a blizzard would be perfect...

they couldn't pass on us and Langy would be handcuffed and have to feed Imani all day

North wind at 18 mph. I wonder who'll get the wind in the 4th quarter?

I missed the joke behind this somehwere. Did we fuck up on the coin toss this year or something?

No joke there.

With that kind of wind and cold I expect a running game. Nebraska's had a decent rushing defense between the tackles thus far. It could come down to a late field goal. In that case, advantage to whomever has the wind at their back.

Riley went against the wind in the fourth quarter against Illinois. Said he took the wind at his back in the third quarter to take momentum.
Didn't work but I can accept it. To me it's no different then choosing to receive in an effort to start fast and break their spirit.

Oh, Jed and his buddies cracked a bunch of jokes about getting the wind in the 4th quarter on their show so I was wondering.

Didn't screw up a coin toss, just the decision in two games to ON PURPOSE take the wind into the FACE of the Nebraska offense for the fourth quarter. That decision was made by Mike Riley.

I don't think he will make that mistake again. He heard from the media about it.
