Yeah, I struggled with that. But considering the geography of the surrounding teams, I was forced to split up the 3 NYC/NJ teams to create 5-team divisions. NJ being the relative newcomer of the bunch, they got the shaft. :p

As long as there's 30 teams and 6 divisions, each division will only have 5 teams. Otherwise it just gets too kitty-wompus!
