Bears placed K Robbie Gould on injured reserve with a calf injury. They signed Olindo Mare to take his place. As far as my opinion goes, there is no other kicker I'd rather have in the clutch than Robbie Gould.

They also placed S Craig Steltz (pectoral) and CB Sherrick McManis (knee) on I.R. as well.

He played 22 of 66 snaps on defense this last game after filling in for Nakamura. 19 of 22 he dropped into coverage. They were his first snaps on defense this season.
