Old man Flacco is the new starter (for the rest of the season I am assuming) for the Colts on the road vs the Vikings. Would have been a blowout most likely if AR was still starting.

Hopefully, this will be a good game.

Vikings declared CB Akayleb Evans, CB Dwight McGlothern, LB Blake Cashman, OL Dan Feeney, OT Walter Rouse, and QB Brett Rypien inactive for Week 9 against the Colts.
Rypien will serve as the team’s emergency quarterback as the Vikings look to keep pace with the Lions in the competitive NFC North. They head into Week 9 as one of the healthier teams in the league as they get back tight end T.J. Hockenson for the first time this season.

Colts declared DE Genard Avery, QB Sam Ehlinger, DE Adam Gotsis, WR Anthony Gould, OT Bernhard Reimann inactive for Week 9 against the Vikings.
No real surprised here regarding the team’s inactives list, although we do get a change under center for the Colts as Anthony Richardson retreats to backup veteran Joe Flacco. The Colts seam intent on making a playoff push in the second half of the season and head coach Shane Steichen indicated this week that Flacco gives the team the best chance to win games.
