Yes. Click user CP near the top left, go to "edit option" on the left side, in the "thread display options" box tehre is a radio button for Show Images.

I think if you uncheck that it will remove photos. Avy's can be removed too right above it.

For the most part, everyone is good about not posting pics unsafe for work.. I rolled out the welcome wagon a bit there, but thats not too often. We are talking about upgrading to the most current VBulletin software soon, I believe there will be a setting like that once we make the jump.
