Which team in the N.B.A. currently has the most inept front office?


Although the Lakers are a current train wreck, part of it resulted from years of them being champions/contenders. Do I see any type of quick fix for them? No.

However,


The Cavs, on the other hand have had plenty of cap space, numerous top draft picks, and proper time to formulate a plan to make a run at James this summer( ), yet have proven themselves to be totally inept in all areas.

Easy choice for me, winner is the Mistake by the Lake.

CLE is a joke, the Lakers made a few bad choices recently but in the overall long run will have little consequence. By the time they can contend again their coach will be fired, all of their current contracts will be off the books and their injury issues should be behind them. CLE on the other hand has been in rebuild mode with amazing draft choices for fucking years and is still a shit bottom basement dwelling public service announcement for special needs Owner's*.


*Owner's who need every unfair advantage in the book just to look like they might contend for a playoff spot some day. Please do not confuse with special needs people whom I hold in the highest regards for their continued perseverance in the face of adversity.

When the league is contracted to 24 teams we should save the D league for teams who are good enough, like the Bobcats and Jazz.

IMO they CURRENTLY are top 2 in worst run.

From the coaching hirings, firings to the bad trades, signings, giving up draft choices, overpaying Kobe, and on and on.... they have been a disaster.

Let's not forget, the Lakers were NBA champs not that long ago and have had the mindset to try to get Kobe #6 the last few seasons.
They have made wrong/ bad move after wrong/ bad move for quite some time.
