just saying the flyers have a couple guys in the system that might be able to carry the load in 2-3 years

I agree there, 2-3 years from now it's probably time to find replacements for Timonen & then Streit. I would for sure keep Timonen for this year & next year tho. Old or not I still consider him to be the best dman on the Flyers as of now.

This teams problem in my pinion is depth scoring
I said all along JVR,Briere,these guys provided depth

Hopefully they get their shit together and Shenn and Couts take the next step

the whole fucking offense needs to wake up

If guys like Schenn, Read and Couturier take the next step offensively, we're going to have plenty of offense once Giroux, Hartnell, Voracek, Simmonds and even Timonen wake up from this nightmare and become their regular selves.

For Schenn and Lecavalier to be the only two forwards on the team to have scored a goal four games into the season is completely ridiculous. It's inevitably going to change, but we're still waiting...lol

I really feel like Giroux and Voracek are still recovering from injuries and on most nights, that's two-thirds of our top line. Heck, that may even be why Berube split them up.
