There are a few tings that need to happen from both the team and the player.
From the team..
1. He has to be made the #3 QB. And inactive most game days. Sounds harsh. But having him as #2 and active will just add noise at some point.
2. The coaches and staff have to actually still attempt to fix Rg3's game. This is more just the nice guy in me as it would be wrong to just have the kid rot on the roster. Make good use of this time and the hopeful Quiet it will provide for the player and the team.
From the player...
1. This should be the ultimate humbling experience for him. He can either take his professed faith to heart, and actually learn and improve from this experience. Or he can sulk and inwardly complain how this whole thing has been so unfair.
2. He needs to take this time and actually reflect on why he was unable to get to where the team needed to be and either work to correct it. Or if he determines he cant correct it, he needs to figure out a new home that will work with his abilities in order to make him a success again.
