Even if the 2 best B1G teams are in the Legends and the 3rd team in the Leaders would normally be far from good enough, it should still be the way it is. The 3rd team in Leaders would have done what they needed to do.

I personally didn't think Penn State would have finished top 2 in Leaders before the sactions.

This is why CCGs suck. UCLA lost 7 games last year and won the South.

If you're going to have one of these stupid games there should never be a rematch and it should only happen if two best record teams haven't already played.

Come on, it's going to be Wisconsin and they're not going to be 2-6. The UCLA thing last year was an anomaly, and due to the fact that the PAC-12 is down (there's nobody after USC and Oregon). So what it the two best teams are in the Legends? The 3 best teams in the SEC last year were in the West. It happens.
