Would the Rams think about taking another package deal? What if the Eagles offered the 20th pick, their 2nd, 4th RD picks and Foles. Do you do it? The Eagles have two 4th rd picks btw.
Seems to me that Mariota is the type of QB who is most valuable in an offense that is designed to take advantage of his mobility. Unless Fisher is prepared to implement such an offense, then I think that the Rams would be better off with the additional picks.

I like the idea of Foles in a Rams uniform but I would sure hate to see the Rams hand the Eaglets a championship because that's what the Rams would be doing by trading Mariota to them.
Scoring as quickly as they do, puts a lot of pressure on the defense.I'm not sold on their style ever amounting to anything in the postseason. Their defense is not good enough.
He isn't going to fall to us. So I am not even going to comment.
Two thoughts:
#1 Fisher won with McNair so I believe he could win with Mariota.
#2 I don't see the Eagles winning a championship in that system no matter who their QB is. Elite defenses will suppress it and if its not successful it leads to quick punts, that's going to kill their defense. Also all that open space opens guys up to big hits, NFL players hit harder than college guys so health may be an issue. Lastly, I doubt that offense goes great in nasty cold weather.
1. McNair =/= Mariota kid hasn't even taken a snap yet, lets not make comparisons
2. I also didn't see the rams winning with a Qb that bagged groceries for a living. Stranger things have happened.
shop, I meant in depth.
