Without a doubt. Then again they didn't play like this for three straight weeks so they probably won't play like this next week.

Seriously doubt that. Both Denver and Dallas had major issues defending the pass even before this game. Probably will be #31 and #32 in the league after this one.

It will be a great game next week, but "embarrass us"...uh, no.

Dallas O looked strong today but that team is truly a head scratcher. Can't ever figure which team is showing up. Should be a great game.

I'm impressed, but then again, I'm not. This is the Dallas Cowboys. They are the train wreck that is waiting to happen. We all know that Tony Romo and Co. can look good one week. Then, they can look bad the next. Folks thought they'd roll on us, last year. We managed to sweep them. They can't stop the run. The Skins need to run Alfred Morris down their throats.

If RG3 doesn't throw the ball more than 30 times, and has at least 40 yards rushing along with Alfred or Helu having a good day...Skins win.

RG3 had over 60 yards the last game against the Cowboys with one good leg! He will run a few more times in this game...you can take that to the bank.

Guys, Dallas could legitimately put up over 500 yds on us and over 40 points. SO the real question is can we score more than 40? RG3 has not yet played to any where near his levels of last year. If the RG3 of last year doesn't show up next sunday, we will lose to Dallas. If he does show up, we have a chance.

Although it certainly could get ugly if the Skins defense does not respond on Sunday - I don't think you will see numbers like this.

Yesterday's game was the perfect storm. Denver's current pass defense is as bad as the Redskins given the fact that several of their key defenders were not playing. When you add the fact that the Broncos' offense is pass happy and the fact that the Boys were playing from behind you will see those type of numbers.

Generally you don't want to see your QB have 400 yd+ passing games. More often than not it as result of playing from behind & your own defense being suspect (yesterday's game being a bit of an exception since the Broncos can move on anyone).

The key for the Redskins will be to get back some of their swagger in the running game (including contributions from RG3). If they don't they could be in for a very long day. Should be interesting.

Disagree. This is probably not the type of game (i.e. shootout) that you want to take place. This would be more like the Thanksgiving game from last year, and this involves a lot of things going the Redskins way. Also - I don't believe that at this point RG3 is the same QB who played that game.

A more realistic strategy is playing similar to how they played in the last game from last season. They need to control the rushing game on offense and just play adequate on defense if they want to have a realistic chance IMO (glad to be proven wrong if the Skins win a shootout).

The Skins being able to run the ball is critical. If we can get Morris going (with contributions from RG3 and Helu), we can control the LOS and the clock. Keeping Dallas offense off the field is paramount to our success. IF the beat us in time of possession, we probably lose this game.

Denver did not finish the pass rush. We will.

This is true. Romo had all day to throw. We need to get pressure on him, but we can't let him slip outside the pocket. That is when he is most dangerous. Most of his INTs come when he is trapped in the pocket and it is collapsing all around him. He tends to rush his reads and throws. Once he breaks the pocket, he buys time and there is just on way any secondary can stay with Dez or Witten once things go off script.

If Dallas plays like that against any team not named Denver they will embarrass them. Luckily it is Dallas and we don't typically have that problem.

in the past we havent either . the good things are jenkins and jackson will be back but we will need 5+ sacks to be in the game defensively

i dont see us holding down dez or witten . i think both get 100+ yards in rec. williams could get a big play or 2 as well .

we must control clock and we need RG3 to be RG3 again
