Since we're tooting our own horns here, I nearly went to Idaho to play. Tom Cable use to be the WR coach there, he was my recruiter.

I can't lie.......from the ages of 13-16 I was a somewhat highly touted basketball player.........I've talked about it before a long time ago on here. I actually attended a bball camp (by invitation only) out in Durham, NC when I was a Freshman. I also attended the UNL camp three different times. An injury ruined everything for me .........

I went from averaging 24 points per game as a shooting guard, to a limited point guard who averaged 11 points per game by the time I was a senior. Ended up playing Juco ball.

Tore my ACL when I got up there.......they didn't want me too much once I did that. Ended up going back to Iowa & playing small college ball.
