I think they saw the contact after the play but not exactly what happened.

Not defending that play, as I only saw the end where he was shoving the WR in the ground. Without having seen what caused it, but as I said, he still can't react that way.

However, since he's been in Cincy, he's had no real issues. Yeah, some of the stuff early in his career was down right stupid, and he's lucky to be in the league, but to say that he's still that same guy is completely false.
