It's the people in Pennsylvania that suffer the most. West winds blow that Ohio shit-air right into western PA. I believe that is the reason for Pitt's suckieness.

I wouldn't doubt it for a moment. Living in Connecticut, I'm not completely free of the stench, though Pennsylvania does a fair job of scrubbing out the most offensive of odors. It's too bad too. Penn's a great state.
