So what does Sam need to do this coming season for you to be convinced he's the guy. I personally think this is his make or break year. I believe in him but I'm also a Sooner fan sooooo I'm biased. Thoughts?

1) stay healthy

2) put up meaningful stats- in other words, yards, TD's when they matter, not at the end of blowout losses just to make your stats look good.

3) show leadership and the competitive desire to win

If he does all 3 of these, even if their record doesn't show it because of the division they are in, then I will start to believe in him.

Hell I'm a fan of Sam, and what you guys are saying is completely true.

I want Sam to succeed but this will be his 5th year and I can't make excuses for him anymore.

I think we are beating a very dead horse at this juncture. Folks must be bored in anticipation of the draft in three weeks.

1) Stay healthy.
2) Put up good stats.
3) WINNING season.

Bonus:
Make playoffs and any success after that.

Cardinals went 10-6 and didn't even make it last year so not making it in this tough division wouldn't make me blame him. But the rest is a must.

I could care less about his stats, other than turnover rate. Stay healthy, win games, lead the team. He needs to stand strong and provide leadership, which he really hasn't seem apt to do in the past.

Agreed ALR. In addition, I'd add "Show a little backbone" instead of looking like a scared field mouse out there. Fundamentally he also needs to improve and stop "locking" onto receivers, and dumping passes because of being afraid of taking a hit. In other words stop being a wennie on the field.

1. Stay Healthy
2. Improve his play in the red zone.

To me these are the most important things he needs to do. But Fisher and Co need to have a complete focus through out the season on running the football. IMO the Rams need to improve the oline an find another tailback to help carry the load with Zac Stacy. Right now I don't see another tailback who can on the Rams roster. I fear if they don't Bradford's play doesn't improve.

I agree with Angel 100%

Also..I get mad when I see them go 3 and out time after time and Sam goes to the sideline and just sits down by himself. He doesn't show emotion or get in guys faces. I've used the term "Ho Hum Attitude" before. He just doesn't seem to have that fiery attitude that great QBs have. I often wonder if he really has the desire to want to win. This really pisses me off at times!

So, I gather he can't do enough to change your mind, Boss ???

Boss is exactly correct about locking onto receivers.
There are times where he only looks one way, he is telegraphing his throws. He needs to scan the whole field to throw the defense off. This is easy to defend. I record all of the games, I replay them at times to see who was really at fault. At times when they have 3-4 wrs on the field, he just looks at the guy he is throwing to, no one else.

Just throwing this out there, but I find it ironic people want rid of Sammie because its his fault AND want Watkins because they need weapons.

Somebody who runs and hides under the bed painting their toenails when it gets a little too rough for them......AKA Sam Bradford.
I admit I did this once in college I was young. Everyone was doing it. I didn't inhale though. Really it all depends on your definition of what "is" is. Nevermind. :postwhore:
