This is just me, but I think that H2H record is almost as silly as the division thing.

In real football, H2H makes sense. In theory, if one team is better than the other, they will win the game. In fantasy football, unlike real football, there is nothing that I can do to impact your team's scoring. Why should my team be penalized by the fact that somebody else had their best week of the season against me?

IMO, total points and/or season breakdown record are the ONLY tiebreakers that actually make sense because they reward the better team.

Sounds like u need to be in a points only league If the league uses H2H why shouldnt H2H record matter?

H2h involves lots of luck the best team points wise is not always the winner:suds::suds:

I ended up searching thru the rules book.
It said in case of ties in the standings, the team with the most points ends up having the best record.(found the rules after I posted this topic)"

Black and white. . Always nice when the rules have it spelled out nice and neat. . If everyone sees this rule, there should be no further argument. Good luck

Lions had a 7-3-2 record the Packers 8-4,they awarded the division to the lions.

Thats because the W/L record was better .700 for lions and .666 for GB Ties are a wash its like the game didnt happen:suds:

The Lions made the playoffs because they owned the tie breaker, not because their win% was greater.

Those two records are viewed to be the same in the standings because they are both 2 full games above .500.
