I think the guy is a loser and Chip's decision to gamble on him will prove to be a disaster. Now we are out a second round pick that, from the looks of it, might be quite high, and we have no quarterback. Does anyone expect Chip to be here at this time next year?

Yep. Unless this season turns into a disaster of epic proportions, he'll get one more year after this.

I gave Chip benefit of doubt after all his moves, but after seeing the product after 2 weeks, its clear he doesn't belong in NFL

That fast paced Oregon offense caught many teams off guard in 2013, and now everyone knows exactly whats coming, and to make matters worse, while the defense has looked a little better, the offense has done a complete 180

it wasn't Chip's team yet, but this team drafted a very capable starting QB in Nick Foles after the Vick era.....and with the weapons of Maclin, DJax, Celek, Brown, and McCoy, all FOles did was have one of the most impressive QB years you could have

with a better defense, that team maybe even reaches the NFC title game, but they just couldn't stop Brees in 1st round and lose

Even with Foles struggling, they start 2014 5-1, Foles gets hurt...........the team hasn't been same since. Somehow even with the results Foles was bringing AS A GOD DAMN STARTER.........they completely dump him

What is even more hilarious is they didn't even dump him for Marcus Mariota, who almost everyone can agree was the QB Chip was gunning for..........instead he trades Foles for Sam Bradford, who has proved NOTHING in NFL

Foles wasn't perfect, yet all he is did was win

I'm not ready to come to a conclusion on Sam Bradford after 2 games....However, the thing that bothers me most is his demeanor. I see no leadership, I see no fire, I see a deer in headlights out there. Nick Foles had fire, Nick Foles was a leader, Nick Foles was a bit of a Dork, but he didn't just quit or show quit. That has me very discouraged about Bradford.

For me the jury is still out on Bradford - Foles was not getting the Eagles anywhere, so from that respect IMO the gamble was justified.

Yes, Bradford made his mistakes - including that atrocious INT. That said, the O-line was completely atrocious, and the WR's and TE's refused to catch the ball consistently. The jury is still out, but things do not look too good so far.

Nick Foles is much better

What - last season - did give the impression that Foles would be able to get the Eagles anywhere? Foles was no better than Sanchez.

Foles looked like absolute dogshit today against the Redskins who used a waiver pickup in their secondary.

No, you are the idiot. Dutchbird made a good point. Foles was not going to do it, and Sanchez is strictly a backup. Keep in mind that Bradford is not signed beyond this year, so if he doesn't cut it, we did not lost an awful lot. The 2nd round pick doesn't guarantee that the prospect will pan out either.

Let's quit the depression guys, until at least the midseason results. Lets act like fans.

I still think Bradford will be okay. Think Chip made a miscalculation giving him only 4 possessions in the preseason. Even the elite QBs regularly get more work than that in preseason. And this was off Bradford not playing in a year.

He will knock off the rust and look sharp again provided the OL issues get resolved.

It's all about the offensive line - if they decide to start playing like a unit should they will start to dominate offensively, if not, they will be stuck in mud and be in the same spot every game like today

The Oline really looks like a joke. Bradford hasn't impressed yet, but the Oline in front of him is currently a disaster.

There is a distinct possibility that both Foles and Bradford will be out of the league or backups in a year.

This...they both suck.

Foles was scared to death in the pocket last year and Bradford is scared to death in the pocket this year.

Neither of them were/are answers for the Eagles at QB

It would also help if the WRs would make plays. They were also horrible yesterday. Compounded with the OL, this game was a disaster. Thank god that the D came to play, and did a great job, especially with Kendricks and Kiko going down. Hopefully, they aren't going to miss many games, if any. Even though it wasn't a good looking game, it was a defensive battle. Not ready to panic yet, but we have to start winning, starting this week.

You sound exactly like me the past 4-5 years man. Exactly! Deer in headlights with ANY kind of pass rush coming at him. No fire, no leadership = other players following suit. Bradford is the Premier QB in the league during training camp/preseason or when you are down 10-20 points and the opposing D is giving you the underneath passes... But when a good defense goes up against him and brings the rush? Our WRs dropped passes too. Could this honestly be a coincidence?

This is what we Rams fans saw for years:
