I think you may be right RA and now that they came out of the Brez with that crowd and took the win. They should be VEEEEERY confident.

The reason I say that is because they were a different team at home after that road win. They actually put Illinois away with a few minutes left on the clock, instead of letting it go down to the wire.

I've seent some big wins in my life, but this was the biggest.

We beat Kansas at home a couple times.....once when they were #1......and then Texas when they were #2.....

But this was on the road in one of the craziest places to play in the entire country. And this Michigan State team is seriously Final 4 quality.

We beat Kansas at home a couple times.....once when they were #1......and then Texas when they were #2.....

But this was on the road in one of the craziest places to play in the entire country. And this Michigan State team is seriously Final 4 quality.

Yeah. I remember those wins, but they didn't feel like this one. sMiles builds a program from scratch. This is just the beginning IMO. I just hope a blueblood doesn't come calling for him waving huge sums of cash.

I think Miles will stay here. He has said over and over that this is a destination job for him. He's got primetime facilities and arena in the best Conference in the country.

Recruiting is about to get easier.

He could build something really special here and I think he knows it.

Plus he's the closest he'll get to home where he's got a major program for his family and friends to come watch him coach. That's important to him and them.

Minnesota would be the only challenge IMO.

I agree. I thought they'd come calling last year before he established himself here, but they opted for someone else. I think he would have listened then.

Best part of watching that game was the announcers mentioning that Michigan State fans were heading for the aisles early which was uncommon. Best feeling fucking ever. As I've said though, the real test is to see how they come out on Thursday against Penn State. Beating Michigan State will mean nothing if you can't then beat Penn State.
