I'm going to hold off on saying Nebraska is better than I thought they'd be for now.......

I want to see how they do in this stretch against USC, Creighton, and Oregon.....

If we can win 2 out of 3 there, I think we will seriously do alright against the bottom half of the BIG this season. My original prediction of winning 0 games in the BIG is quickly moving upwards....

Well that was fun. Ray and Andre stepped up big in place of Ubel (foul trouble) and Talley (head up his ass all night). Most complete game of the year, although Wake looks REALLY bad. Back home for the two toughest out of conference games. Hopefully can win one of those.

USC is a winnable game...could get some momentum going.

I think the roughest part of the season is the latter half. This team is not deep and I think they'll be running on jelly legs by the end of conference.

We'll see. Either way, what's going on is very good.

Did you watch the second half Saturday night?

Obviously I had expected Wake to be better just off the name brand but it's pretty clear that Prosser's death has just killed that program. I know we had some suggest that we wouldn't win a game in the B1G, I'm guessing Wake will have some problems winning a game in the ACC. With all of our shortcomings this year, we outclassed them.

I don't ever miss a second of any Husker basketball game........

Still though, even after seeing the 2nd half of the Kent State game, I managed to figure out that Nebraska at +5 was a good enough bet to place $50 on.....

We just plain matched up well with them. Saw it before the game ever started. Almeida was too much.

Don't forget, that is a Wake Forest team that held their own against a good UCONN team.....

UCONN isn't great this year......but they're good. They beat Michigan State in the early going.
