i just don't get it. you are making 300k a year (or whatever he's at now). you've been drinking, how freaking hard is it to Uber or a taxi? or heck just look around for someone that you know and say look, i don't want to get caught for a DUI, can you take me home?

just a really dumb decision. I read some articles with others' opinions and I agree with them. I don't think the right decision would be to fire him. Rehab and other programs, probably a suspension or maybe a salary penalty.

You know what's really ironic? He rear ended an Uber driver.

It's pretty boilerplate shit. Happens all the time. Mine was an aggravated at .17 and the judge told me that she could work with me if it was right on the .15 line and drop it down since it was my only time ever being arrested for anything but there was no wiggle room.

If KW was a .149 he would have gotten a misdemeanor.

Given that no one was hurt, and it had been 8 years since his last, it was a strong possibility regardless of whether he/she knew who he was.
