AND

2. Have either K. State or Kansas sweep the other next weekend.

Both MUST happen for Nebraska to be the 8th seed in the 8 team tournament.

7. Texas Tech... 10-14
8. Kansas State.. 9-14
9. Kansas.......... 9-15
10. Nebraska....... 7-16

Sweeping Missouri would tie both team's conference records. Nebraska would get the head to head.

Tech won the head to head over NU, as did KSU and KU.

IF KSU or KU can sweep the other, the loser will have only won 9 games.

Missouri and the KSU/KU team that got swept would stay home.

One more loss and Nebraska is dead last and 'out of the Big XII tournament' for the third year in a row.

Three years in a row that we don't make an 8 team tournament with only 10 eligible teams. Something has to change and I think it's gonna be at the top. Obviously A&M got the better deal in that coaching duo.

I said it before. It didn't seem like there was any sense of emergency. The players were just going through the motions. The Huskers would walk off the field after an inning when their opponents sprinted off the field.
