Hue Jackson will be a better OC than Gruden...No OC is PERFECT but he will be better! He runs the ball! McFadden had his best year with Hue.....

Too good to be true.

Though Hue would need a new qb.

If Zimmer gets a HC position I wouldn't be surprised to see him taking Hue Jackson as his OC

I could see that. They've worked together in two different places now.

I think the Bengals could block him from moving though if he had a contract. We normally don't block our assistants from interviewing as coordinators, but other teams do it and we might have good reason if we think we need him as our OC.

I would also be ok with Hue as the HC....how has Oakland done since he was fired?

Kind of surprised Jackson hasn't surfaced for one of these HC jobs...he got a raw deal in OAK.

we've been keeping Zampese around as a QB coach, he's doing a damn fine job you think?

Agreed. I think we should fire Marvin and give Hue a chance. Hue could never work for Mike Brown as a HC in the long run though. He won't kiss ass. This will also probably prevent Zimmer from moving up to HC. Marvin, on the other hand has been puckered for 11 years now.

They have to do something internally to keep them I would think because you can protect guys now. If the job they are interviewing for is a step up in rank you can't deny the request I thought.

Lol...Hue was little brash, maybe a little abrasive even and he acknowledged that so maybe he'll get another shot.

Zimmer deserves a shot and it's kind of now or never time for him I think...not an old guy, but you can't get passed over too many times.
