Sad day for Holloman but he can walk away and that is the best news he can have he can WALK away on his own.

Cowboys LB DeVonte Holloman's career is likely over due to his latest neck injury.
Holloman, a sixth-round pick in 2013, suffered a spinal contusion in practice last season and missed seven games. He returned to start the final two games at middle linebacker and was in the mix to help fill Sean Lee's shoes this season, but now this embattled Cowboys defense takes another hit to its already brutal depth. Holloman hurt his neck during Saturday night's preseason game when a teammate made contact underneath his arm.

Sad news for a guy who looked like a contributor. Best of luck in Holloman's future endeavors.

What is with this defense the last few years? They just can't stay healthy. Holloman is a case of bad luck, but this defense's general injury woes are beyond bad luck, there is something else at play.
