This is my least favorite part of the replay rule.
Idiots like Dean Blandino say "Oh, on a close play like that you can't blow the whistle. You have to let it play out in case it was a fumble."
Then the same idiots will say; "Well, the call on the field was a fumble so you really have to have conclusive evidence to overturn that."
Just get the call right. In this case I think they djd.
You make a good point, but as far as this call goes, the helmet hit the ball well before the QB's arm was moving forward, jarring it loose.
Where the hell was this Iowa offense when they were playing Michigan and Wisconsin?
How is it not intentional grounding when a QB is in the pocket and throws a ball 15 yards out of bounds? Lol
Feeling spry; Iowa got all the breaks. SC gets possession next.
It’s a ball game.
Beware; our QB will turn 19 next year!
Fight on!
USC lacks a defense.
Fewest points allowed in one game all season was 14, most was 56 by Oregon.
Average is 28 per game.
USC is making Iowa's 99th scoring offense look stellar
Aggie/Pokes game ovah.
Anything good happenin ovah hurr?
