Newman should be out of the league, Clements is a shell of his former self, Jason Allen is a third corner on his best day, and our rookie first rounder can't even practice. Don't get me started on the safeties.

To be fair, I'm sure all of our corners will be all-pros when they switch to safety. It's an easy transition.

I know 1 thing our damn corners are better than the Giants.. and Allen started on a playoff team didnt he?? he had maybe 4 or 5 picks....We need that ball hawking ability....Hopefully the pass rush will help them

Really? I don't know that. Dallas' secondary had a good game last night, and we picked up their trash in the offseason. Doesn't bode too well for us. I'd put our guys comparable to the Giants, but no better.

I can name both starters. Can you? Furthermore, do you really think our two starters are better? We have one starter coming off a severe achilles injury who probably will never be the same, at least not this year, and a veteran who lost a step or two and really is probably better suited to play safety at this point in his career. The Giants have an eight year vet coming off a good season and a first round pick who started as a rookie.

Jayron Hosley (Hokie) was drafted this year. Didn't play a ton last night bc he's still dealing with turf toe from preseason, but has been playing over Coe and obviously Justin Tryon who got effing torched all game

They'll be better when Amakamura and Hosley get healthy. Corey Webster is solid on the other side. Tryon was terrible last night but they weren't supposed to be counting on him.
