I know that several NC State fans were happy he left, but everyone in North Carolina everyone knows Russell Wilson was the State qb and there's no reason for anyone to need to claim him. I doubt any UNC fans would waste their time trying make a claim that Russell Wilson can be claimed by Wisconsin too. NC State fans already claim him so.....
