You have to understand just how badly she wants to see the Seahawks fail and how long she has waited for that moment. No one can be more arrogant than her. She has history and rings to back hers up.
It started well before the SB last year. A few hawks fans saying the team was going to win the super bowl and being very bold about it. Well she couldn't have any of that from a fan base of a team that has never won anything. No, can't just let them slide. Don't they know how hard it is to actually win it? You can't just talk like that without having ever won it before.
So they beat their rival in the NFCCG, but it takes a last second tip by her most hated player to save/win that game. Oh we heard all about it. If we could barely get past the 49'ers how on earth would they do against a REAL offense? And the audacity of a couple of their fans to suggest they might even beat Denver by 15 or 20!! She told us they were dis-respect-ing-the-GAME!
Have to understand how much anger she carried when everything those few said came true, and some. Now I wasn't among them, but I did enjoy making her eat her words anyway. She of course told me she was putting me on ignore. It was FAR easier for her to do that than to simply take her lumps for the bullshit she spoke and got caught in.
Fast forward. Didn't read a lot of pot shots by her this year so I understand if newer members aren't getting why this is so funny and why she is actually staying away. Oh she still took shots at Seahawk fans, but nothing like the usual suspects who do so daily. Still, you could tell she is just chomping at the bit to finally be able to jump our fans and make them pay for all she has endured over the last year and a half or so. That's a long time to build up that much hate and not have satisfaction.
Not much out of her vs Carolina, or at least I didn't read it if she did have shit to say. But now...
She's sitting on her couch with her voodoo doll of a seahawk and her pins of vengeance protruding from every orifice on it. The game starts off bad for the Hawks and she is cheering and already preparing her words if it keeps up. Half time and she is giddy over what she thinks our fans must be going through being blanked at home in the championship game! 3rd quarter goes by and even more bad football! Ha! How's their golden boy QB doing now?!? Those dumb asses can't talk shit about their team now!!! Most of the way through the 4th quarter and still down by 2 scores. Seahawks HAVE to score now or it's over and I can have my revenge!! A PICK!!! HE THREW ANOTHER PICK!!!! Oh how fucking awesome is that!!! Those fuckers are going to be hating life tonight!!!!
So excited she was that she wanted to be FIRST in line to start kicking our asses. More than a year of frustration and eating your own words does that to you.
And then it happened... The greatest comeback in NFCCG history. Seattle going to the super bowl AGAIN!
