I think Scott Frost should replace Gilmore. I like Ted. He and his family are great but he needs to be replaced by Frosty.

I know most of you will disagree with me but I want someone who has the same passion for offense as Bo has in his passion for defense. That person is Mike Leach. Leach is in that 'circle of friends' with Stoops so I wouldn't be surprised to see his name get thrown out there. He has the ability to move the ball with ease and I'm sure if he got a stable of running backs amd quarterbacks like Nebraska has; he would know how to use them.

I'm also pretty sure Leach would know how to handle the prima donna's on the team.

Nothing extravagant will change. Watson better get kicked out, Beck will move up, Ganz will move to QB coach, and then go find a WR coach. Frost would not move laterally for the WR job.

You guys have the most important ingredient for Big 10 play, a heavy offensive line. Leach is pass oriented isn't he? It just depends on how he recruits. Northwestern is a spread-pass team and their offense can usually hang.

I think Frost would jump at the chance to get back to Nebraska - even if it's a lateral move. He has too many ties to Nebraska to not take the job.

Give Leach a good group of guys and he'll work with what he has and use their strengths. It's not like any HC jobs are banging his door down and I know Pelini's have ties to him. If he came in to run the offense and when he is successful; he'll get another HC job.

In 2008 (37-31 loss); Leach's crew ran for 137 against us so he'll run when it's there. I think Leach would do wonders against Big 10 opponents; who are supposedly bigger and slower. I'll have to spend an afternoon looking into how Texas Tech did against Big 10...
