Heatwave making up more facts

The standings today are almost exactly the same as they were 1 week ago

Yankees are the same as they were 1 week ago, Tampa .5 games further back than a week ago, Toronto 1 game further back

Only Baltimore had even any real change... they went from 3.5 to 1

"starting to normalize"..... LOL

when dirt claimed the yankees were gonna be in first by monday the yankees were in second. now they are third. why? cus baltimore passed them. instead of the 5-1 he claimed they went 3-3
and while you're talking about lies.. just 3 days ago you were humping how the jays were 10 games out... ummm i guess ten is the same as 8

But if you're anywhere else, including Brooklyn and Queens (where most people live), it's much easier to drive
----

I'd like to point out to Cowboy and buccs..that this whole thing started with me responding to a question of how many people lived within 30 minutes of yankee stadium...and I said? Based on traffic, less than you'd think...and then explained how long it would take me to get to the stadium from where I lived in.....

Queens.

Taking the train from my neighborhood just into midtown was a 20-30 minute affair...like VP said, add another 15-20 minutes to get to the stadium form there?

45 minutes sound about right...

It's a big reason why I saw more mets games while I lived there...just easier to get to for me, cheaper...and there were always seats available at Shea...

Kuroda being masterful again?

Be very afraid if they keep pitching

Not interested in a holy war here...

But from the bottom of my heart, Dirt... I would like you to know that there are 0.0 people in this region concerned about the Yankees.

In fact, I'm all but certain that they're going to finish in last place.

Ok, Heatwave obviously doesn't live in New York

I have never in my life heard of an actual NYC resident buying a single ride metrocard

Go back to Toronto

I started to take the time to respond, but you hit the nail on the head.

Lived here for 17 years, most of which they have used metrocards (RIP, Tokens), and I have NEVER purchased a single-ride card, nor do I know of anyone who has done so, because most of us, we need to actually get back home after the game's over.

Nice googling by Heat, though.

Except I've never referred to Nova as "exceptional" even one time...you queens just can't "get me" without making things up I've never even thought to say

"exception to the rule" was the exact wording you used...

This is where you either lie, or hump the difference between saying "exceptional" and "exception to the rule" as if there is one....

if you rarely if ever takes the bus or train and happen to get on for a quick ride to save you time (rush hour in time square not a cab to be found plus being black doesn't help with that) and money (if you can catch a cab it's gonna cost you) but i thought jhoo's were smart. you're starting to make me think otherwise
