I don't know what is better, watching Scoscia's smug expression while the Angels underachieve, or watching Texas free-fall yet again. Priceless......

I like Scioscia allot but his association with my all-time #1 most hated pro sports team is wearing on me. What a sheer delight to watch those fuckers lose. :D

BigD, with all due respect, you just don't get it, do you?

Oh I get it. I do. I also feel just fine about how I feel about the situation. And, if I were they type that this mattered to, I would also be o.k that my feelings seem to be in the majority, if only by a 51%-49% margin.

To summarize - You think it was classless for them to do what they did, and I think it was classless for the D-Backs to ask of them what they did.

We shall forever to agree to disagree, which is always fine by me. Different strokes....

Hammer,

Cal Ripken Jr.

PED's, yes or no?

Who cares? He was a below-average player. He doesn't even make most clubs' rosters for most of his career. He has one thing: a completely irrelevant record that propelled him to a household name.

Like I've said before: Cal Ripken is easily the most overrated athlete in the history of professional sports. Too bad he's such a likable guy.

BeaverShaver has an Oregon State obsession.

Invited him to the Hoop, Guy was the best man in my wedding and vice versa. From Oakland transplant living in Portland. Huge A's and baseball fan.

And I will show up if CFB board is slow

And on a side note Karma Colby Rasmus Karma! That cheap slide on Infante still owes you a Justin Verlander fastball to the ribs but the ball to your face was a good down payment!

how about brandon moss?

Making me think about it, that was a tough call either way on Reddick & Moss. I mean, they were not likely to keep both, with Ellsbury & Victorino taking up 2 of the 3 OF spots, and, with Napoli at 1B after giving up catching. One of these guys would have then been a very expensive defensive replacement or bench jockey.

I hope the Angels are enjoying the money they are spending on Hamilton and Pujols! Both another year older......and thanks for cutting loose Tori Hunter!

:yahoo:

Pujols another year closer to being exposed and Hamilton another year closer to overdosing.

I think you have to put Cal Ripken Jr. in the same class as Mariano Rivera. I mean, how else do you explain being able to play that long without a day off? Dude had to be so jacked up on HGH he was like Superman, and as for all the attention he got?

Mariano x 1000

So you'd say that the Braves celebration last night was no different than the Dodgers celebration? You really don't understand that there's a difference?
