Boudreau strikes again! 1-6 all time in game 7, so thankful the Kings didn't let him come up from Manchester to coach the big club!

It was insane how many Hawks fans there were, the reports were saying it was more of a Hawks home game than road.

I don't know whether to feel bad for the guy or laugh at him. He has had so many Game 7s in his life and his track record is slightly better than Al Murray's scouting percentage.

The Kings never even INTERVIEWED the guy, he had the same pattern in the AHL - rip through the RS and fold like a cheap Walmart tent come the POs. I remember reading he was "disappointed" the Kings didn't even talk to him after Andy Murray was fired, considering he was the farm team's coach and had a winning RS record his duration there.

He's had some really good teams in Manchester, Washington and now Anaheim but can't win when it matters. Much like I stated when Terry Murray was here, some coaches can only take you to a certain point and then another coach will be the one who gets it done. In our case it was Sutter, and I honestly believe Fatty McFatty needs a solid look at this summer by Ducks brass. The pattern is evidenced and should be alarming, guys like Getzlaf and Perry aren't getting any younger.

Unfortunately what happens in May and June trumps what happens between October and April. The Kings cleaned out and put their own staff in place via Dumbo and here we are.

It was insane how many Hawks fans there were, the reports were saying it was more of a Hawks home game than road.

Sounds about right, it's known as Staples Center South to most. My home is 20 minutes away from The Puddle, it's quite the sight to see attending a Kings road game there - sea of Kings fans everywhere and they tend to drown out any chants the Ducks fans start.
